Store managers
Our store managers help manage the day-to-day activities and keep our operations running smoothly. Store managers are responsible for supervising key staff members, along with brainstorming ways to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Other duties include motivating staff members to perform at optimum efficiency; managing inventory levels; maintaining our standards of customer service, quality, and in-store safety; responding to customer complaints; and organising special promotions.
Colour consultants
Colour consultants work closely with customers to provide one-on-one colour consultations. They are passionate about colour and committed to helping homeowners choose the perfect paint colours for their homes. Working either at the store location or in the customer’s home, colour consultants ask pre-determined questions about lifestyle, room use, etc., in order to create personalized colour palettes for each customer’s future reference and to make suggestions to help customers choose the right paint colours and finishes.
Customer service
Customer service representatives hold a wide variety of responsibilities to assist our customers and ensure a positive shopping experience. Customer service representatives have the important task of caring for our customers and must be willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs. Customer service representatives should have a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help others.
