At Colours of Maple we believe that community support is important, and we take an active role in two key charity initiatives that are near and dear to our hearts:

1. Seeing is Believing – Brandan’s Eye Research Fund: This special fund supports research by ophthalmologists at SickKids Hospital and all over the world, and Colours of Maple donates one dollar from every gallon of paint sold. To make a donation, please call 905-833-3165.
   
   
2. Canadian Blood Services: Approximately every minute of every day, someone in Canada needs blood. Additionally, patients with certain diseases, such as cancer, rely on large quantities of platelets to help their blood clot. To pass along the message about the importance of platelet donation to our contractors and other partners, we provide information about how and where to donate. If you are interested in becoming a platelet donor, please call 1-888-236-6283.

We also sponsor two local soccer teams: the Vaughan Vixens under-11 rep team for girls and the Ontario Youth Soccer League Spartacus under-18 team for boys.
